The study sample was randomly selected. It was of 150 teachers from the total of 500 physical education and sports' teachers, acting in the western ALGERIA. According to the professional experience, the teachers’number with 5 years' experience and above was 84; while, the teachers’ number with 5 years' experience and less was 66 on one hand.
