120 adolescents from different schools of Chandigarh were selected. The sample was further classified into 2
groups 60 practicing physical exercise and 60 non physical education adolescent students. Agnihotri's Self-
Confidence Inventory (ASCI), and to test study habits, Tests of Study Habits and Attitudes by Dr. C.P. Mathur
